How An RTT Session Works

1. Light hypnosis

I get you into a light hypnosis by walking you down 10 steps, so you are relaxed and we can access your subconsious mind. 

Letting go, releasing, making peace with the past and pain.

4. Release unnecessary baggage 

By this point, people often realize that their issue or pattern is outdated and no longer necessary and their subconscious mind is willing to drop it.


You break free from what was holding you back.

MIndfulness. Peaceful scenery.

2. Go back to the root cause of your issue

We go back in time using regression technique to find the direct cause of your issue today.

We go to 3 most important scenes.

5. Transformation and

a personal hypnosis recording

Transformation focuses on creating and solidifying new positive patterns, beliefs, and feelings in your mind. 

This part is about 15 minutes and I record it so you can listen to it for 21 days. 

*By listening to it every day for 3 weeks, your brain gets rewired and your reality starts to change in front of your eyes.

3. Understand what beliefs, feelings, associations were created

To change a pattern, you must first understand what feeling/belief drives it.

6. My support for

1 month

We schedule calls 7 and 21 days after the session to see how you are doing and discuss the progress.

If you need more help, we

of course can do more sessions.

If not, by the end of the month you have successfully completed the cycle and have gotten the results.
